Lately, I have seen several green drink pictures and posts by other bloggers.
Not being a very health conscious person, I never thought I would try one….until 4th of July Weekend when my sister made this drink for me.
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1scoop Protein powder
1/4 cup Milk
For children (or adult picky eaters like me) who won’t eat vegetables, this drink is a delicious way to get the nutrition of Kale, a green veggie. This doesn’t taste like vegetables at all — the flavor only comes from the strawberry and banana.
